The Westport Lions Club is pleased to announce another successful Christmas toy drive, made possible by the generosity of our community. Thanks to chairperson Jan Gagnon, Lions Craig Jackson and Kim Kelly, and volunteers Martha and Kacee Kudrinko. This year 33 children from 14 families will experience a joyous Christmas.
Thanks to Westport Flooring and Kudrinkos for collecting toys, and allowing the club to place the angel tree in their store. The Westport Lions appreciate having a central, accessible drop-off location.

On Saturday, December 14, twelve Westport Lions delivered approximately 350 Christmas cakes to senior citizens in Westport and Newboro area. In addition, the club delivered cakes to former residents of Westport and the area that now reside in Carolina Court, Lanark Lodge, Lanark Lifestyles and the Perth Community Care Centre.
The joy of delivering these cakes brings as much happiness to the Lions as it does to the seniors receiving them.
