To all in Sand Lake Lions Beach Area, July 25
A group of seniors from Lombard Manor enjoyed for the first trip a picnic at the beautiful, well kept beach. All commented on the well-kept grounds; clean change rooms and facilities to have lunch at. The weather was gorgeous and one couple was canoeing; several children swimming, a family from Switzerland enjoying their lunch. How could someone not be proud to say: This is Westport with a Lions Club caring.
I know the late G.I. and Jim Wing would be so proud.
