Find us at the Westport Legion, on Oct. 6, from 10 AM to 2 PM, and let’s chat about how we can help you stay healthy, active and independent. We’re looking forward to catching up with old friends and meeting new ones.
While at the Fair, you can also have a free lunch, see chair yoga and Pilates demonstrations, and watch a moving film on the crisis in dementia care, No More Silent Battles.
