LCI Portal details required for when sending event volunteers hours to Kris

  • Name of the event
  • Date of the event
  • How much money was raised (if applicable)
  • How much  money was donated (if applicable)
  • Name of the Organization benefitting the event (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the event being held (winners names if draw held)
  • Total # of volunteers-members & non-members (no names are required)
  • # of people the event served/attended (approximately, if applicable)
  • Is the event one of our clubs signature events ie: steak dinner, fish fry, 10k draw, mobility drives
  • Is the event funded by LCIF grant (if applicable)

Details can be sent either via email after the event or by phoning me, Events that happen frequently during the month each (ie: mobility drives, beach maintenance, etc) & every month are generally reported month end.
